Pre-Health Sciences Pathway to Certificates and Diplomas is a one-year program that will prepare you for admission to a variety of Health Sciences certificate and diploma programs, including our Practical Nursing (S121) program. You’ll take courses in biology, chemistry, applied math, communications, career readiness preparation and general electives. You’ll also benefit from the support of a pathway specialist who will help you navigate college and create a realistic action plan for the next steps in your education. 

Applicants must have

• An Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent* with completion of Grade 12 English (C or U)
• Application Form

Practical Nursing (S121) admission requirements include an online video interview for all qualified applicants (including those through the A109 pathway).

* Mature Student Status (19 years of age or older and no OSSD)

Mature students may take the Admissions Assessment for English OR may consider upgrading to achieve the credit(s) needed in English.
